We are a team of two: Steve and Julie; husband and wife. We share a passion for problem solving, challenging assumptions and preconceptions (both our own and our clients) and inspiring innovation and change.
When we met in 1992, Julie was the first female Operations Manager for TNT Logistics in the UK, while Steve went on to manage inbound logistics for Land Rover Vehicles (as it was then) in Solihull. We have shed loads (literally) of supply chain operations management experience between us – we are efficiency, effectiveness logistics nuts.
Our years of operational management experience have given us insights into the co-dependencies between administrative and operational teams, their systems and operational processes. These insights are at the heart of our solutions.

Research had shown that, despite numerous ‘methodologies’ developed by others (usually derived from the manufacturing industry), there are few examples of successful, sustained performance improvement within service environments.
